We love to hosts all types of events and based on availability are happy for you to rent our facility. Please use the form below to let us know about the type of event you would like to host at Southgate Crestwood Church, so that we can best discern our ability to accommodate.

Our Building Use Policy, and A printable Building Use Form are available at the bottom of this page! This Form is a request, not a reservation. Someone will contact you via email to let you know about your request and inform you of the total charges for your Event. If your Event requires media, sound, projection, and/or lighting: there will be an additional fee for us to arrange a Southgate technician for your Event. You and your party are responsible for the set-up for your Event and the clean up afterwards.
